We integrate the 8 domains of wellness—physical, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, occupational, environmental, and financial well-being—into everything we do to promote healing, growth, and balance. Our goal is to make mental health a priority in all areas of life, especially for underserved communities and Black women.

We offer therapeutic counseling, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and wellness programs designed to enhance mental clarity, self-awareness, and overall well-being. Whether it's through individual therapy, stress-reduction workshops, or wellness coaching, we create a personalized approach to help you thrive.

As a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC), certified Integrative mental health professional (CIMHP), and certified trauma professional with over 25 years of experience, I am passionate about guiding individuals toward emotional well-being and personal growth. My approach combines therapy, mindfulness, and wellness practices, all designed to empower you on your unique healing journey.
