Integrative wellness at Authentic Heart focuses on helping individuals understand the connections between emotional health, stress, lifestyle patterns, and mind–body regulation. Programs are informed by evidence-based research and integrative mental health principles and may include:

Lifestyle awareness related to sleep, routines, and balance

Food–mood awareness and reflection (education only)

These services are not psychotherapy and do not include diagnosis, medical treatment, or nutritional prescribing.
