Whole-Child Emotional Wellness & Family Support
AUTHENTIC HEART KIDS CONCIERGE™
Authentic Heart Kids Concierge™ is a trauma-informed, family-centered program designed to support children’s emotional well-being while empowering caregivers with practical tools, guidance, and connection.

What Is Kids Concierge™?
Authentic Heart Kids Concierge™ is a coordinated emotional wellness program that supports children and families through prevention-focused, developmentally appropriate, and culturally responsive care.
Rather than focusing on diagnosis or crisis alone, our concierge model emphasizes:
-
Early connection
-
Emotional regulation skills
-
Caregiver confidence
-
School and community collaboration
We meet families where they are—offering support that feels accessible, human, and respectful.
WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR
This program supports:
-
Children ages birth–12 (older youth options available upon request)
-
Families navigating big emotions, transitions, stress, or behavioral challenges
-
Caregivers seeking guidance without judgment
-
Schools and community partners seeking preventive mental health support
You do NOT need:
-
A diagnosis
-
A referral
-
To be “in crisis”
If you’re wondering “Is this normal?”—this program is for you.

OUR CONCIERGE APPROACH
What Makes This Different
Kids Concierge™ is not one service—it’s a support pathway.
We coordinate care across:
-
The child
-
The caregiver
-
The environment (home, school, community)
This approach reduces fragmentation and helps families feel supported, not overwhelmed.
Child Emotional Wellness Support
-
Small group emotional wellness sessions
-
Play-based, art-based, and movement-based activities
-
Developmentally appropriate coping skills
-
Emotion identification and regulation tools
Sessions are designed to feel safe, engaging, and affirming, not clinical or intimidating.

School & Community Collaboration
-
Non-evaluative consultation with schools or programs
-
Support around transitions, classroom behavior, and regulation
-
Alignment between home and school strategies
-
Resource navigation and referrals when needed
We work with systems—not against them.

Caregiver Coaching & Support
-
Practical strategies for responding to big feelings
-
Guidance on routines, boundaries, and communication
-
Support for caregiver stress and burnout
-
“What’s typical vs. when to seek more support” conversations
Caregivers are partners—not spectators.

Care Coordination & Support Pathways
-
Help families understand available options
-
Gentle guidance toward additional services if appropriate
-
Referrals made collaboratively and respectfully
Support is always a choice, never a label.
